And from January 2025 we will also offer lessons in Cancelada

Family Yoga in central Fuengirola

Our Outdoor Active Classes and Baby Bootcamps will be held inat parks and green spaces all around the coast.

This policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored by Kidtastic Costa Del Sol in the course of providing classes and related services to our clients. Purpose of Data Collection: We collect personal data from our clients for the purpose of organizing  classes, managing bookings, and facilitating payments.
Types of Personal Data Collected: The types of personal data we collect may include but are not limited to:
Name, contact information (phone number, email address), payment details (for invoicing purposes), health information relevant to participation in classes (e.g., allergies). Legal Basis for Data Processing: We process personal data on the legal basis of fulfilling our contractual obligations to our clients and with their consent where required.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Personal data of clients who are no longer active with Kidtastic Costa Del Sol will be securely deleted after a period of six months, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data for a longer period. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who require access for legitimate business purposes. Clients have the following rights regarding their personal data. Clients can request access to their personal data held by Kidtastic Costa Del Sol. Clients can request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Clients can request the deletion of their personal data, subject to legal obligations to retain certain information. Clients can request the transfer of their personal data to another controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
